SHIPPING

At this time, we currently ship USPS priority anywhere within the USA. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship order. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $17 purchased by buyer. If you live locally we will be happy to provide a place for you to pick up your order if you choose. Please choose your preference at checkout. All orders $150 or more will receive free shipping. Please be aware that Soul Love is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Please be sure to double check your address carefully as Soul Love is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. Any and all “return to sender” packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the buyer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.






RETURN POLICY

Soul Love is a small business and puts loads of love and time into these handcrafted products as everything is made to order and in small batches. At premium quality and value of our products, we want you to have the best experience possible. Due to the nature of our products, we are not accepting returns at this time. All personal care, body and bath products are final sale due to sanitary and hygienic safety reasons. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact soulloveconnections@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and I’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution that suits both of us. 



DAMAGED GOODS

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping, but sometimes damages can happen. If your order arrives damaged please contact soulloveconnections@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours of receiving your order. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find the best possible solution.
